The Jr. Bandits Elite program is officially back for its third season, bringing together some of the top young box lacrosse talent in Western New York. This year, the program will once again feature teams in the Grade 9/10 and 11/12 age groups, giving players the opportunity to compete at the highest level while continuing to develop their skills.

The 2025 schedule will see the Jr. Bandits Elite travel to three highly competitive USBOXLA tournaments: Border Wars in Utica, NY, Battle at the Barn in Fort Wayne, IN, and the Steel City Cup in Pittsburgh, PA. Each of these events draws elite teams from across North America, providing a strong test and valuable experience for Jr. Bandits athletes.

Behind the bench, the program continues with proven leadership. Head Coach Mike McNamara returns for his third season, joined by assistant coaches Aaron Printup, AC Watt, and Tylor John. Together, the staff has played a key role in the program’s growth and success, combining player development with a winning culture.

That culture has already produced impressive results. In just two years of competition, the Jr. Bandits Elite have captured eight tournament championships, along with two silver medals and three bronze medals. With a track record like that, expectations remain high as the program enters its third season.

The Jr. Bandits Elite program is committed to providing players with the chance to compete, improve, and represent Banditland with pride. Fans and families can look forward to another exciting season of competition and growth as these athletes continue to carry the Jr. Bandits tradition forward.
